Unlike regular anime and manga with the big robots and the wars, moe anime is much more calm and romantic. It is innocent and affectionate, without the battles and explosions.
I prefer a romantic comedy to an epic battle. Those who have been in war see that it is not heroic, but rather a tragedy that we would not wish to befall us.
That is why moe anime adds to the joy of life. It reminds us of silly happy moments from our childhood when we dreamed big dreams and were filled with a sense of wonder.
