This is Twinkle Crusaders, the second opening. Basically, it is five magical girls that fight devils in this anime. There is in Twinkle Crusaders a cute devil girl called sarii-chan who joins in. Not sure when this sarii incident does occur.

OK in my search for the most max moe anime. Well, I may have found one. Twinkle Crusaders is a candidate for max moe. It is based on a game for PSP and a vn. That means visual novel for those of you that are new.
